  3. │ This is the Office Hours Appointment Entry window.  This window is used  to │ 
  4. │ enter, change and view complete information for every appointment stored in │ 
  5. │ Office Hours.                                                               │

  7. │ Enter information in the fields in this window as follows:                  │ 
  8. │                                                                             │ 
  9. │ NAME:   Type in the name of the person coming in for the appointment. If    │ 
  10. │ you are integrated with MediSoft Patient Accounting,  you may press [F6]    │ 
  11. │ to search for a patient name from the patient files.                        │ 
  12. │                                                                             │ 
  13. │ PHONE:   Type in a telephone number.  If you are integrated with MediSoft   │ 
  14. │ Patient Accounting and used the search feature, the phone number of the     │ 
  15. │ patient is displayed automatically.                                         │ 
  16. │                                                                             │ 
  17. │ MESSAGE: Enter up to thirty characters as a comment about this appointment. │ 
  18. │                                                                             │ 
  19. │ LENGTH:  Enter the length, in minutes, of the appointment.                  │ 
  20. │                                                                             │ 
  21. │ PROCEDURE:  If you are integrated with MediSoft Patient Accounting you      │ 
  22. │ may enter a procedure code to give you more information about this          │ 
  23. │ appointment.  If the procedure has a LENGTH, this value will be used.       │
